Lesson Description:
In the lesson, you will investigate the transfer of heat between hot and cold liquids. The heat will flow through a heavy aluminum bar dipping into each of those two liquids. The liquids will be contained in insulated containers, calorimeters, so that temperature changes you observe will be almost entirely due to heat moving through the aluminum bar.
